Scars: Virtually invisible between the buttocks

Social isolation: 14-21 days

Why?
A supercharged procedure is a surgical intervention where butt implants are combined with the injection of body fat into the buttocks or hips to create more volume, a rounder shape, and a natural result.
The shape and size of the implant are selected in consultation with the patient and the surgeon. There is no risk of leakage, even if the implant shell were to tear.
The areas from which fat will be harvested are chosen in consultation with the surgeon. These areas help to refine the contours and ensure a smooth transition in the body’s shape.

The Procedure
The surgery lasts up to three hours. First, fat is harvested from the chosen areas such as the abdomen, flanks, thighs, or back. Then, via an incision in the gluteal fold, the implant is inserted between the gluteus muscles. The purified fat is then strategically injected into the buttocks and/or hips to create a harmonious and aesthetic contour.

Results and Postoperative Care
- The patient can go home on the same day.
- A recovery period of approximately three weeks should be planned.
- Swelling in the buttocks is common, and bruising may appear.
- A postoperative compression garment will be applied after surgery, which should be worn for 6 to 8 weeks.
- The sensation in the buttocks may feel unusual for several weeks.
- It is recommended to take about 14 days of rest post-surgery.
- The scars are very discreet.
- The final result should be evaluated 3 to 6 months after the procedure.
- The result will look completely natural and feel soft after the healing period.
